Location: Wimbledon – Hybrid/Remote Options available subject to interview process.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our Group Procurement team here at Domestic & General. This role will help the business articulate their long-term supplier strategy. It will ensure that procurement activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

In addition to this, the role will also support the business with contractual and commercial input by managing all requests for Purchasing management process. Commercially collaborating across all our business departments for Supplier Management within the Procurement Policy and Guidelines. It will also support the business with all IT equipment purchases both hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing ITIL Service Management IT requests via Service Now, Contract Management, Software/Hardware Maintenance renewals, Contract approvals, Travel approvals and queries.
  • Assist with booking of travel across the business as well as the set-up of new users and training.
  • Training the business on processes and software e.g. P2P and Workday.
  • Ensure completion of procurement projects closeout and archive records upon completion. Manage Travel bookings on the travel portal
  • Support the group procurement team with day-to-day tasks
  • Decision making on when to escalate issues to Senior Management.
  • Process improvements within procurement and administrative functions

Skills and experience required:

  • In-depth knowledge of Travel Management (would be ideal but not essential) and Customer Service
  • Ability to analyse data.
  • Create and maintain reports to communicate spend to match to budgets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tools and other work technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High-class organisational skills
  • Ability to support and manage stakeholders from all levels appropriately
  • Capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
