Mix and process products according to SOPs and production plans. Operate mixing machinery and SCADA systems, clean tanks, fillers, and pasteurizers, inspect and receive raw materials, maintain batch records, collect samples for QC, and pump product to fillers. The role also includes forklift driving, tanker and truck offloading, safety checks, PPE compliance, hazard reporting, and teamwork to produce in-specification batches while minimizing waste and maintaining continuous production.

Competently mix products according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet the daily production plan.Accurately follow SOPs for mixing and cleaning
