What you’ll be doing.Working within the Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) department, at ZEISS, we are looking for a Process Engineering Intern to support developing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments. This role offers the opportunity to analyse quality data, identify trends, connect datasets, and collaborate within the product centre to harmonize data and implement consistent metrics across different sites.This is a Data-Driven role whose purpose is to help increase development and strength the brand and success of ZEISS in Life Sciences Research

  • Collaborate and support department heads and the Continuous Improvement Led to identify critical metrics and KPIs for each department
  • Develop and design intuitive dashboards using data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI (training provided if necessary).
  • Analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Connect and integrate different datasets to provide a holistic view of performance
  • Data collection – Data interpretation – analysis and then results or solution
  • Eager to learn about the project – microscopes
