About the Process Analyst role

The Process Analyst will be responsible for providing deep, insight analysis of Thredd's processes, ensuring reliability and consistency across processes as well as identifying improvement opportunities that will be key to us continually delivering better service to our customers.

What you will be doing as a Process Analyst

  • Process analysis and mapping: Conducting thorough assessments of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Data-driven insights: Utilising data analytics to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and process enhancements
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborating with various departments, including IT, compliance, and customer service, to gather requirements and ensuring alignment on transformation goals
  • Implementation support: Assisting in the development and execution of new processes and systems that align with our transformation strategy

What you will bring to the Process Analyst position

  • Strong track record in a Process Analyst or similar position within the payments industry
  • Adept at mapping processes to the appropriate level of detail
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping tools and data analysis software
  • Experience within payments - Cards would be highly desirable
  • A proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions
