Join us as a Private Financing Sales Analyst

  • We’ll look to you to focus on the origination, structuring and delivery of financing and solutions transactions within our Private Financing business
  • Day to day, you’ll be handling the relationship with key clients within financial institutions for NatWest Markets from the private side, including KYC, CDD and onboarding
  • Help us to deliver on our bank’s purpose and strategy in Private Financing, as you create a valuable and far-reaching impact through your work
What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be working closely with our partners in Product, Trading and Portfolio Management to deliver long-term sustainable value and positive customer outcomes. You’ll be assisting with the implementation of strategies across multiple dimensions, including customer offerings, cultural shift, revenue targets, cost management and balance sheets.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting with the go forward strategic and purpose-led overage model
  • Meeting financial objectives, revenue and costs as defined in your performance objectives
  • Targeting a sustainable and robust business profit and loss stream and risk profiles
The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a background in financial markets. Ideally, you'll have an understanding of structured products, asset classes or other relevant product areas, but this isn't essential.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Great analytical skills
  • Ability to develop, grow and sustain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of the financial institutions, sponsors and funds market in Europe
