The position, based in London, is available within the Fund Finance Private Credit team, which is split between Paris and London.
The main mission is to control, analyze, and monitor the funds under management and their investment vehicles.
The role will specifically cover the following areas:
Calculation and analysis of the performance of investments and funds;
Automation of various reports and controls carried out by the team;
Review of the administrator’s work during quarterly closings;
Preparation and review of internal and external reports (for investors);
Centralization and validation of financial information before internal or external communication (in collaboration with Investor Relations);
Monitoring of investments and asset disposals in support of the investment team (and in collaboration with the internal legal department), and implementation of control files;
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for the organization of information, financial, and accounting flows:
Front Office with the various offices in Paris, London, and Frankfurt;
Administrators based in Luxembourg and France;
Other service providers based in Luxembourg, London, and Paris (auditors, depositaries, banks);
Other internal departments (legal, treasury, valuation, compliance) based in Paris, London, Luxembourg, Tokyo, etc.;
Monitoring of structures and all financial flows in specific tools (notably Efront).
