Job Description

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Oversee and develop the privacy risks monitoring framework for Sportradar’s products and services.
  • Oversee and maintain the internal Privacy by Design process, including conducting privacy risk assessments of Sportradar’s products and services, identification of privacy risks and creation of remediation plans.
  • Maintain the privacy risk register in OneTrust to ensure that identified risks related to Sportradar’s products and services are remediated on time and in line with business requirements.
  • Develop and improve the privacy risk register in OneTrust in line with Security and Enterprise Risk Management teams’ frameworks.
  • Analyse the privacy risks recorded in the privacy risk register in OneTrust to understand trends and patterns to enable data driven decisions.
  • Periodically report on identified risks, trends and overall numbers of assessments and other records to senior management.
  • Monitor the new legislative changes and decisions and guidelines of data protection authorities to ensure timely compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with and support the Security team to ensure that technical and organizational measures for Sportradar’s products and services are in place and recorded in privacy documentation stored in OneTrust.
  • Support the Senior Privacy Lead with Sportradar’s products and services related data subject requests.
  • Oversee and lead on the data and asset classification processes from privacy perspective.
  • Support the Senior Privacy Lead with internal and external privacy audits, including ISO audits.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the privacy/data protection field on an international scale, legal qualification a plus but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of information security requirements and processes, including the ISO standards would be advantageous.
  • Experience with the privacy modules of the Onetrust privacy management software.
  • Data governance experience, including working knowledge of PowerBI, preferred.
  • Project management experience or qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work efficiently with senior stakeholders from different business units.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in working in a global environment across borders.
  • Passion for privacy, sports and technology.
