What’s the role about?

As part of our Womenswear Design team, you’ll join us as a Print Designer, responsible for developing and executing seasonal print concepts. You'll work closely with the design team to ensure collections are both creatively inspiring and commercially successful, consistently reflecting the Reiss brand aesthetic and quality standards. At Reiss, we believe in timeless design, elevated essentials, and thoughtful details. Our Womenswear collections reflect modern femininity with sophistication and purpose.

Who you are

  • Experience within a premium, high-end, or luxury fashion brand is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support wider team objectives
  • Highly creative, with a refined eye for print, colour, and composition
  • In tune with current and upcoming market trends, with strong commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Collaborating closely with the Senior Print Designer throughout the entire design process from concept research to print development and final artwork

What you’ll be doing

  • Familiarity with CLO 3D or other 3D design tools is advantageous, though not essential
  • The opportunity to contribute directly to the creative DNA of the collection, with room to influence print direction and innovate within a supportive team
  • Creating and finalising print designs using a mix of vintage references, hand-drawn elements, and digital techniques
  • Preparing print-ready artwork packs for suppliers and ensuring all design documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Applying a strong understanding of garment construction and colour application to ensure accurate strike-offs, CADs, and prototypes for design reviews
  • Working in partnership with the Buying and Design teams to develop commercial yet innovative seasonal collections that meet deadlines and business goals
  • Supporting the team with any other tasks or duties as required by management
