You will be based in London. Our headquarters are in Central London. It’s where it all began for us and continues to be a hub of innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively developing new business opportunities.
• Leading the delivery of our client projects.
• Growing, inspiring and coaching upcoming talent. 
• Challenging and stretching the thinking of our clients. 
• Developing strong, trusted relationships with industry leaders. 
• Managing multiple teams across multiple accounts across multiple sectors and disciplines.
• Taking responsibility for your own business development targets. 
• Engaging with multiple Partners.
• Driving the personal development of your teams. 
• Providing thought leadership and internal training/coaching.
• You will be developing the next leaders of our company.
• You will be driving new business development and sales efforts and growing our franchise.
• You will be leading the delivery of initiatives and driving further sales opportunities within existing clients.
