Job responsibilities
- Develops and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
- Executes programs transparently, predictably, on schedule, to budget and quality by taking an agile, data-driven and metrics-focused approach to program governance and execution
- Oversees complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
- Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders including CIOs, their delegates and teams across the LOBs, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcome
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations
- Champions the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Guides the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency
- Champions continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Software development or systems engineering experience
- Expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Proven track record in agile, data-driven and metrics-focused program governance and management
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Experience working with Excel VBA, advanced excel skillset
- Experience working with AI program management tooling
