We are seeking a Principal Solution Implementation Manager to lead strategic Anaplan deployments across the UK and Nordics. This is a London-based hybrid role, focused on delivering high-impact planning solutions for enterprise customers.

Your Impact

  • Lead customers and delivery teams, including partners, to deploy Anaplan efficiently and effectively

  • Ensure solutions are powerful, user-friendly, and delivered on time using The Anaplan Way methodology

  • Oversee the full deployment lifecycle of strategic implementations, acting as the main point of contact for both customers and internal teams

  • Facilitate alignment on key decisions such as scope, timeline, resourcing, and change management

  • Empower customer modelers to become self-sufficient through enablement and coaching

  • Run end-to-end projects in partnership with client project managers

  • Lead meetings with stakeholders from operational teams to the C-suite

  • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex software implementations and managing enterprise customers

  • Strong understanding of enterprise performance management and planning use cases

  • Collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about customer success

  • Skilled in translating business needs into scalable, high-value solutions

  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Background in project delivery, customer success, or consulting

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience implementing EPM or planning solutions

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

  • Familiarity with Agile and formal delivery methodologies

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales planning

  • Understanding of data integration (inbound/outbound)

  • Coaching mindset and a collaborative style

  • Experience across the UK and Nordics a plus
