The team
Our Talent Acquisition Enablement Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in recruiting, operations, technology, and program management. We create operational efficiencies and lead programs to boost the effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition team.
We're hiring an experienced TA Program Manager to drive "top of funnel" initiatives, tools and partnerships that will boost sourcing effectiveness and operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition organization. The ideal program manager is someone who is dynamic, champions delivery excellence, thrives in creating order, and understands the importance of teamwork. You'll drive programs that will directly influence the success of our TA goals and priorities.

  • Monitor and optimize the health and performance of systems and tools within TA
  • Work with TA Leaders and teams to improve top of funnel by enhancing the use of our ATS and CRM (iCIMs) and our sourcing practices
  • Partner with our People Data partners to ensure delivery teams have access to the data they need to run their teams, and drive enablement in reporting usage to enhance data driven execution
  • Manage both "run the business" and "change the business" initiatives to optimize the efficiency of our Talent Acquisition team
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and People Technology in order to deliver on the TA Operations team's roadmap and programs of work
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability and engagement in RFP processes when necessary
  • Collaborate with Leadership to prioritize, plan, and execute key initiatives
  • Assess and improve operational excellence routines within both the TA Enablement and delivery teams


  • 7+ years in TA/HR/People Enablement or Operations , with at least 2 years administering or supporting TA tools (e.g., ATS/CRM such as iCIMs, Workday, etc.)
  • Experience with TA processes and best practices and proven ability to influence stakeholders to strengthen routines and operational rigor
  • Experience in project management working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, and delivering high quality programs and communications to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences
  • Successful track record in leading operational projects and programs, from ideation to completion, showing direct achievement of business strategy or OKRs
  • Experience in the global technology Industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack are a plus
