In this role, you will:
- Lead product discovery efforts by engaging directly with customers, field teams, and analysts to uncover unmet needs and emerging trends.
- Define new product offerings and tailor existing solutions to meet the unique operational and clinical challenges faced by health systems globally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to translate customer insights into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of the Command Center product, its users, workflows, and operational pain points across diverse healthcare environments.
Engage directly with customers, field teams, and analysts to uncover unmet needs and translate those insights into product strategy and roadmap.
Define and evolve product offerings to meet the unique challenges of hospitals and health systems, tailoring solutions to regional and organizational differences.
Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable product priorities and technical direction.
Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
Drive clarity around roles, scope, and ownership across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Coordinate across technical and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of roadmap initiatives.
Explore new analytics and AI/ML use cases to inform product innovation and differentiation.
Lead core product management activities including planning, prioritization, requirement definition, and stakeholder communication.
Make a real-world impact by helping hospitals and health systems improve patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
Work closely with customers across the U.S. and globally—traveling up to 50%—to deeply understand their needs and shape products that solve meaningful problems.
Own end-to-end product strategy, from discovery to delivery, with the autonomy to define new offerings and tailor existing ones.
Drive innovation in data, analytics, and AI/ML, exploring cutting-edge use cases that transform healthcare operations.

Bachelor’s degree
Significant industry experience
Substantial product management experience
Experience with infrastructure including data platforms, AIML platforms, performance, monitoring etc.
Experience working with agile development teams
Experience defining product requirements and using data and metrics to determine outcomes
Experience with analytic engines and tooling
BS in Computer Science or related technical degree
