Job Description

Your Mission

We are looking for a few Principal Product Managers who have proven success in the financial services marketplace. Ideal candidates will have experience developing product strategy in an emerging market with a fast-growing SMB fintech. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit, banking, or financial services and desire the opportunity to join a startup poised for expansive growth.  Your journey here at Teya will allow you to work closely with product design, engineering, risk, compliance, and other key internal stakeholders to build and deliver new product features.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and manage product propositions, contributing to the strategic direction of both business and technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing groups, ensuring alignment from ideation through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps rooted in deep customer understanding, supported by actionable insights.
  • Drive execution, delivering measurable results through a focus on prioritization, accountability, and clear communication.
  • Foster a culture of quality and product excellence, taking ownership of your work while continuously raising standards.

Your Story

The experience and skills we value, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for using data to uncover customer insights and craft compelling value propositions.
  • Proven success in delivering products within technology and software environments.
  • Adept at building partnerships and managing dependencies to achieve end-to-end success.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels using clear, data-driven arguments.
  • An intense curiosity for discovering what else is possible!
