Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Managing entire work-streams, providing product direction through goal-setting and planning.
• Leading within the design team and among cross-functional peers.
• Tackling systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints.
• Launching well-defined and well-executed products.
• Solving Product Design problems that few others can.
• Connecting related projects across the company to resolve issues or joint decisions quickly.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• Exceptional in one dimension of design, e.g., Product thinking, Interaction Design, Execution, Craft, Programs.
• Skilled in using high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Experience developing and improving tools, frameworks, or existing systems.
• Designed new patterns or introduced standards adopted by others in previous roles.
• Track record of proactively identifying and driving initiatives that strengthen the team
