We’re looking for a principal people data analyst to build a world-class analytics foundation and partner closely with senior leadership in our Tallinn office. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome people team on shaping our data future and defining the metrics that drive our AI-native transformation.

Your new adventure:

  • Lead the rebuild of Pipedrive’s people analytics foundation using modern tools and automation
  • Blend hands-on data work with high-impact strategic partnership
  • Partner with C-level leaders to translate workforce data into insights that inform business decisions
  • Design the metrics and tracking systems for our company-wide AI-native transformation
  • Mentor and guide a team of experienced analysts
  • Own the delivery of insights that support workforce planning, organizational health and future growth
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions align with business needs
  • Help Pipedrive grow by delivering actionable, data-driven recommendations

Does this sound like you?

  • At least seven years of experience in people analytics or a related data leadership role
  • Proven ability to design and scale people analytics systems from the ground up
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau and AWS
  • A passion for blending technical execution with business impact
  • The capability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives
  • Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
  • A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Fluency in English
