What Makes You a Great Fit

We are seeking a Principal Marketing Manager, EMEA to lead and scale Pebl’s regional marketing strategy across digital demand generation and field marketing. This is a high-impact role responsible for translating global growth strategy into meaningful regional pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will serve as the primary marketing lead for EMEA, partnering closely with US-based growth and demand teams while owning local execution, insights, and optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also highly execution-oriented, someone who understands how to balance global alignment with regional nuance.

This position is critical to expanding our brand presence and accelerating pipeline growth across EMEA markets.

How You’ll Make an Impact

EMEA Field & Event Marketing Leadership

Own the strategy and execution of regional field marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, executive roundtables, partner events, webinars, and private executive engagements

Manage events end-to-end: planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event pipeline follow-up

Partner closely with Sales to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion

Measure and report on event ROI, including sourced and influenced pipeline

Manage relationships with agencies, sponsorship partners, and vendors

Regional Digital & Demand Activation

Partner with US-based growth teams to execute paid search, display, referral, and digital campaigns across EMEA

Localize messaging, offers, landing pages, and targeting strategies to ensure regional relevance and performance

Provide performance insights and testing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

Align with lifecycle, content, and SDR teams to ensure coordinated follow-up and conversion optimization

Support campaign planning and regional prioritization aligned to pipeline goals

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the primary marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership

Act as the voice of the region within global marketing planning

Contribute to regional budget planning and forecasting

Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on pipeline and revenue impact

Support quarterly and annual GTM planning with a strong EMEA lens

What Makes You a Great Fit

6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or enterprise software

Proven experience owning both digital demand programs and field/event marketing

Strong understanding of the diversity and complexity of EMEA markets

Experience working within centralized global marketing structures while driving local accountability

Data-driven and comfortable connecting marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

Strong communicator who builds trusted partnerships with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 2–3 days per week. Regional and European travel will be required to support event execution and sales engagement.
