Rockstar is on the lookout for an experienced Principal Investigations Analyst to identify and mitigate threats to confidential information and intellectual property. This role will lead complex investigations while building a culture of continuous improvement and refining investigative activities and methodologies.
This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London.
WHAT WE DO- The Rockstar Security Operations team responds to security incidents across the global company landscape.
- We strive to provide actionable information and guidance to leaders and stakeholders; allowing for informed decisions in response to security concerns.
- We work with peers and stakeholders to identify, assess, respond, contain, mitigate and recover from security threats.
- We collaborate with technical and business partners to reduce the risk profile and minimize our attack surface.
- Lead investigations, identifying and preserving digital evidence.
- Detect and respond to emergent threats to data and intellectual property.
- Develop solutions for process automation.
- Prepare detailed reports related to investigations and intelligence analysis.
- Monitor and maintain intelligence on various subjects.
- Track trends in the security community and keep abreast of novel threats.
- Advise business, stakeholders and partners in security related matters.
- 8+ years of experience in leading investigations, incident response or threat intelligence.
- An awareness of legal, statutory, and regulatory environments, especially as they relate to investigations.
- Experience with digital forensic tools such as Encase, Magnet Axiom, Autopsy, SleuthKit, or similar.
- Experience with data platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Databricks, or similar.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with business intelligence, cyber threat intelligence, and link analysis platforms such as Tableau, OpenCTI, MISP, or Maltego.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adjust and respond to rapidly shifting priorities.

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certifications such as GCFA, GOSI, GCTI, eCIR, eCDFP, PORP, or similar.
- Experience in gaming, media or similar industries.
