Our Opportunity
Are you a visionary and experienced Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in building complex user interfaces and a passion for creating innovative user experiences, particularly in the realm of Agentic UX? Snyk’s Incubation Accelerator is seeking a Principal Incubation Engineer to lead the frontend technical execution and realization of our Agentic UX vision for groundbreaking new products. You will be instrumental in shaping how users interact with our cutting-edge security solutions, leveraging your strong frontend skills, data visualization expertise, and ability to seamlessly integrate with backend APIs to bring sophisticated agentic workflows to life. Working closely with design, you will drive the technical implementation of tools, MCPs (Management Control Panels), launch agents, just-in-time reports, and other key elements of our Agentic UX. As a technical leader, you'll guide the frontend aspects of a small, senior, cross-functional team and have a significant impact on product usability and adoption.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Leading the technical design and development of complex and delightful user interfaces, focusing on a rich and intuitive Agentic UX.
- Leverage strong frontend skills in building high-performance, scalable applications and smooth, delightful user interactions.
- Implementing sophisticated data visualizations to enhance user understanding and interaction.
- Architecting and implement seamless integration with backend APIs.
- Shaping the user experience of innovative greenfield security products within the LLM Security space.
- Collaborating closely with designers to translate the Agentic UX vision into functional and visually compelling interfaces.
- Driving the technical implementation of key Agentic UX components: tools, MCPs, launch agents, just-in-time reports.
- Ensuring the responsiveness, accessibility, and overall quality of the frontend.
- Partnering and collaborating with a team of acquired and VC backed CEOs and CTOs driving innovation.
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of relevant frontend software engineering experience, with a strong focus on complex UI development.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Motion, Tailwind).
- Proven experience building sophisticated user interfaces and data visualizations.
- Strong understanding of backend, backend-of-frontend, and state management.
- Passion for user-centered design and creating innovative user experiences, ideally with exposure to Agentic UX concepts.
- Experience working closely with designers.
- Builder mentality with a passion for creating intuitive and powerful user interfaces.
We’d be Lucky if You:
- Experience working within early stage Startups, or being a Co-Founder / Founding Engineer.
- Have worked within the Security or AppSec space.
