The Opportunity

The EMEA Digital GTM & Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value as measured in ARR growth and MAU growth. The team drives growth through key business levers such as optimized user journeys, promotional strategy, and free customer product experiences.

This role is highly cross functional and will collaborate across several organizations to ensure goal alignment on actions that contribute to driving ARR and customer success. The candidate in this role must foster strong working relationships with the teams in Adobe’s global headquarters and other international offices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly and quarterly digital business performance for EMEA through an in-depth understanding of critical metrics, trends, and mitigations. Each week, you’ll form a POV on the business and help determine the prioritization of action plans accordingly. This includes:
  • Building a bottom’s-up view of the in-quarter and next-quarter run rate, with an estimate as to where the gaps are in terms of Last Touch Channel performance.
  • Understanding the health of leading indicators and how to mitigate performance. Key variables here include spending, channels, and traffic landing pages. This includes all manner of paid marketing campaigns, SEO, Social, LLMO, Affiliates, and partnerships.
  • Leading the way in driving mitigations across cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and take action where there are opportunities to grow beyond baseline.Understanding how and why to focus on near-term engagement for MAU targets.
  • Collaborate across organizations to drive actions in-market to improve conversion across web and mobile app store experiences.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and commerce teams to drive initiatives across acquisition and retention that delivers quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead regional promo strategy and execution across multiple digital surfaces.
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities and articulate them to leadership to gain support.

What you need to succeed

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience with 12+ years commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics experience.
  • An interest in the emerging markets across EMEA, especially those in Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
  • Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, and implement solutions to address critical business issues.
  • Experience pulling data from multiple sources using Tableau, Power BI, Web Analytics, SQL, and Databricks.
  • Strong understanding of digital business models and how to optimize the customer experiences to improve user value.
  • Understanding how different user journeys translate into MAU and ARR.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner.
