Lead client engagements as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, define transformation roadmaps, oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute thought leadership and practice development.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Strategy:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping define and drive business and technology transformation.
- Lead the development of engagement strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, results, and strategic guidance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts and deliver additional value.
Project Delivery & Oversight:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from discovery to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Manage cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Conduct executive presentations, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Ensure all solutions align with client goals, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Thought Leadership & Innovation:
- Develop and share intellectual capital through white papers, case studies, frameworks, and speaking engagements.
- Contribute to practice development, including methodologies, templates, and service offerings.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and innovations relevant to client industries.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-impact consulting engagements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link solutions to business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in one or more of the following: digital transformation, IT strategy, change management, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, or data strategy.
Tools & Technologies (As Applicable):
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
- Familiarity with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Comfort with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, Confluence, MS Teams)
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or relevant industry roles
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects and client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills
