About us
We help major public and private sector organisations scale cloud and AI with speed, control and clarity. Hard-won experience sits behind a values-led business that does the right thing, puts customers first and builds partnerships on trust rather than lock-in.
Our work is practical. We design secure, production-ready foundations that hold up in the real world and deliver lasting value, without the waste that slows most transformations down. And we don't advise from the sidelines. We build, fix and deliver ourselves, with no offshoring, no resource-padding and no compromises.
What you'll do
Define and lead technical strategy across enterprise-scale cloud platforms, with a strong view on IaC modularisation.
Design and build secure, production-ready platform and infrastructure foundations.
Automate complex platforms with Terraform.
Package services into AMIs, Docker or Serverless.
Work directly with customers, driving cloud transformations end to end.
Apply site reliability best practices and help shape mature security models.
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across cross-functional teams.
What we're looking for
We hire for platform and infrastructure engineering ability first, and cloud provider second. Our delivery is on AWS, so deep AWS expertise is a strong advantage, but we're equally interested in exceptional engineers from Azure, GCP or multi-cloud backgrounds who understand the concepts and can pick up the specifics fast.
Deep understanding of platform and infrastructure engineering concepts, and the ability to explain why they matter, not just how they work. Experience with multi-account, multi-tenant or landing zone patterns, in any cloud, is a strong signal of this.
Strong hands-on Terraform and automation skills, with clear opinions on IaC structure and modularisation. We favour Terraform partly because it's cloud-agnostic, which fits how we think: the concepts travel, the provider is secondary. We care more about whether you can defend your reasoning than about any single answer.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.
Strong hands-on cloud knowledge, with the judgement to choose the right service for the job. Deep AWS expertise is highly beneficial.
Experience operating cloud platforms at scale, ideally in regulated environments.
Solid grasp of secure, scalable and resilient architecture, including how to prevent, detect and remediate security risks.
Awareness of SRE principles and operational priorities, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and strong system design skills.
Networking, data and identity depth all count strongly in your favour.
We hire people who are genuinely curious about technology. The engineers who thrive here tend to build and tinker beyond the day job, whether that's home automation, a side project, or pulling something apart just to understand it, and they can talk about it with real enthusiasm. That curiosity, paired with a growth mindset, matters to us as much as any single tool on your CV.
