Responsibilities include:
- Consolidating data from disparate sources to create a "single source of truth."
- Work independently to interpret and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Address operational issues and challenges, finding solutions and implementing changes to prevent future problems.
- Work with other teams to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
The person will:
- Clearly explain complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize the concrete impact our initiatives are having on our objectives.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to optimize processes and enhance performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- I ntermediate-Advanced English fluency.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year of process management experience.
- At least 1 year of experience communicating and collaborating with multiple partner groups
- At least 2 years leading strategic projects
- At least 1 year of experience working with Google Sheets (part of G Suite) using advanced lookup & reference, conditional logic, calculated fields, array formulas and Apps Script.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience involving organizational design, staffing and/or budgets.
- 1+ years of experience in Looker Studio
