We are part of the Institutional group that is building a full-service prime brokerage platform with everything that institutions need to execute trades and custody assets at scale. Our team provides comprehensive financing solutions for businesses to deploy institutional trading strategies and enable capital efficient solutions, including lending, margin and shorting capabilities. We are an experienced group of individuals with many decades of combined experience at top banks and asset managers, and firmly believe that institutional financing services backed by thoughtful risk management programs will usher in new waves of investment and fuel the next crypto expansion. You can be part of this motivated team with a proven track record of delivering innovative and bespoke prime brokerage services to some of the world's leading institutional investors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Junior trader with day to day responsibilities across Prime Financing and CB Institutional
- Actively trade financing book to manage long and short side liquidity
- Optimize NIM on principal borrow/lend
- Assist in setting asset/client pricing for financing implementation across financing products
- Interact with a variety of clients including Hedge Funds, ETF issuers, Market Makers, UHNW individuals, and Corporates
- Learn and help develop custom client solutions
- Create and distribute financing market color
- Work closely with internal XFN partners on client experience and feedback, internal processes, and onboarding
What we look for in you:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in equity or fixed income financing, prime brokerage or derivatives businesses
- Experience in data science and programming (Python, SQL, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge in fiat and crypto funding market fundamentals
- Strong communication skills, sense of ownership, and urgency

- Previous experience at a crypto company
