Join a dynamic team at Kyriba, where we believe that strategic pricing is essential for driving growth and pushing boundaries in the SaaS landscape. The Pricing Manager will not only shape and refine Kyriba’s pricing strategies but also play a pivotal role in aligning our approach with customer needs and market dynamics, ultimately enhancing our competitive edge and long-term success. This highly collaborative role will partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Product Management, and other teams to develop data-informed pricing frameworks, implement pricing updates, conduct thorough market and cost analyses, and drive key initiatives around pricing and packaging for a leading SaaS innovator. 

What success looks like in this role:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to design product packages, set pricing tiers, and develop market- and segment-specific promotions and discounts aimed at driving vendor acquisition, retention, and upsell.

  • Build the analytics capabilities and generate regular data-driven insights, sharing findings with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Track key performance metrics and financial indicators to assess pricing strategy effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

  • Develop and oversee a structured pricing governance process, ensuring that new pricing initiatives and adjustments follow streamlined, consistent, and data-informed standards.

  • Conduct in-field pricing experiments to test hypotheses, evaluate model structures, and optimize pricing across different products, customer segments, and markets.

  • Lead in-field pricing experiments, exploring innovative hypotheses and evaluating model structures to fine-tune pricing strategies across diverse product lines, customer segments, and markets

  • Offer competitive landscape insights through data analysis and market research, including sales pipeline, market trends, and competitor intelligence.

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor junior pricing team members, supporting their growth and development.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related field.

  • 4-5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or product packaging, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or financial services environments.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to use data to inform pricing decisions and measure performance. Proven ability to independently source, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

  • Demonstrated understanding of pricing best practices and diverse monetization models (subscription-based, transactional, freemium, hybrid), with the ability to adapt and implement strategies for evolving product portfolios.

  • Excellent communicator, skilled at building and sustaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Results-driven and adept at pinpointing key issues, establishing priorities, and coordinating with teams to drive timely solutions.

  • Comfortable using Excel, data visualization tools, and, if possible, data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
