Collaboration

You're comfortable working with senior leaders and external partners. You listen carefully to understand what they need, communicate with clarity and confidence, and coordinate across teams without creating friction. You manage multiple moving parts without dropping details.

Commerciality

You establish cultures of engagement. You report findings to the business and suggest evolutions to strategy. You're comfortable keeping track of multiple initiatives and can identify where improvements add tangible benefits.

Communication

You care about how messages land. You understand tone of voice, can adapt content for different audiences and platforms, and know the difference between authentic and forced. Your written communication is sharp.

Ownership

You take responsibility for what you commit to and deliver it on time and to a high standard. You take initiative, spot trends and suggest improvements. You're curious about how media, social and speaking opportunities connect to business growth and bring ideas to the table.
