Position Overview

The IMC Creative Studio at IQVIA is seeking a talented PowerPoint Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact, visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex information to both internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented visual storyteller who can transform data-heavy content into clear, engaging presentations that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and external clients that effectively communicate complex information
  • Translate complex data, statistics, and scientific concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand slides
  • Work collaboratively with content strategists, account managers, and subject matter experts to understand presentation objectives and target audiences
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining visual appeal and readability
  • Create custom graphics, icons, charts, and data visualizations that enhance understanding
  • Develop reusable templates, master slides, and design elements to maintain consistency
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Stay current with presentation design trends, PowerPoint capabilities, and alternative presentation platforms
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions for pitch decks and key client presentations
  • Train internal teams on presentation best practices and proper template usage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in presentation design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating PowerPoint expertise
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Experience with data visualization and ability to translate complex information into clear visual formats
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and information hierarchy
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industry preferred
  • Knowledge of alternative presentation platforms (Prezi, Google Slides, Keynote) a plus
