The role

What will you be doing?

Premier Account Coordinator
We operate on a hybrid basis, we would like this person to be in Dorking 2 days per week
Willing to consider flexible working
Unum UK is looking for a motivated Premier Account Coordinator to join our growing and ambitious team. This is a varied role, where you will be responsible for supporting the team in the development and implementation of the programme and retention of clients.
You will work closely with the Financial Underwriting and wider sales teams in the renewal process, you’ll utilise Excel to produce reports for team members and undertake market research on potential and existing clients.
You will also work alongside the Accounts Managers and Executives to create presentations to customers, as well as ensuring clients have a smooth induction to the programme.

  • Passion for sales and account management
  • Proficient use of MS Excel 
  • Experience within a customer focused environment 
  • Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and presenting virtually and F2F
  • Group Risk Qualification (great if you have it but not essential)
