About the Job

This role is focused on supporting with the UK marketing team on Organic social media @levislodon, local talent marketing campaigns as well as brand programe activations. A successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and self-sufficient. We’re looking for a talented and ambitious individual who wants to develop their career in an exciting and fast-paced environment.  

 

Social Media and Talent Marketing 

 

  • Support with talent marketing content creation including coordinating asset approvals, samples, product placement orders, PO creation as well as logistics for shoot/event preparation. 

  • Supporting with all brand program activations and music events including cultural events such as Pride and Black History month- Supporting Brand programs lead on the execution of all initiatives including strategic & creative planning, logistics, product orders, PO creation etc. 

  • Support in developing the monthly @levislondon publishing plans including key product launches, local activations and collaborations. 

  • Support in creating creative briefs and social content creation with our KOLs & influencers as well as store staff. 

  • Helping to create native social content such as Reels and IG Stories to support events and activations.  

  • Monitoring questions and comments on our social channels (community management), aligning and working in partnership with PR team, customer service team and corp comms team where needed. 

  • Close collaboration with social agency and freelance network, organizing weekly calls, agenda’s, setting priorities and monitoring budgets. 

  • Reporting and tracking – ensuring that performance highlights and learnings are communicated amongst the team.  

  • Regularly conduct desk research to stay on top of competitor activity in the market across social media, talent marketing and brand programs (engagement). 

 

About You

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication. 

  • Basic understanding of public relations principles and practices. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 

  • Adobe Creative suite experience is a plus 

  • Previous internship or relevant extracurricular experience is a plus
