The PPC Specialist will manage Google and Microsoft advertising accounts, focusing on budgeting, achieving ROAS, content updates, A/B tests, and audience targeting. The role includes reporting, liaising with product teams, optimising feeds, and devising strategies for growth while collaborating with various internal and external teams.
Aspinal of London are seeking a PPC Specialist to join our growing team in London. This is a new role which will report into our Head of Performance Marketing to run PPC - primarily focusing on search, shopping and pmax.
The role will require attendance at our office above our store in Royal Exchange once per week and attendance approximately once per month at our main Head Office in West Sussex. Working from home is available the rest of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running of the Google and Microsoft ad accounts - budgeting, achieving ROAS targets per ad type & region, seasonal & promotional content updates, creative briefs, search term analysis, account re-structures, expanding international markets, testing ad copy, landing page A/B tests & audience segmentation and targeting
- Keep the accounts updated and to a high standard
- Feed maintenance and optimisations for all platforms (including affiliates & paid social) - title optimisations, image testing, rules for custom labels, ensuring Google Product Categories are mapped correctly, product type keyword updates, supplemental feeds, merchant centre promotions, briefing in development tasks relating to feeds - ability to optimise feeds directly via merchant centre/commerce centre and using feed platforms
- Assisting with forecasting & strategy - creating individual strategies for each region to achieve maximum growth while scaling efficiently
- Weekly & monthly reporting and KPI analysis
- Liaising with Merch on product performance and opportunities
- Supporting with ad hoc SEO, paid social, affiliate and analytics tasks as needed
- Building relationships with external reps (Google, feed software providers)
- Working closely with internal teams such as ecommerce, affiliates, paid social, marketing, graphics and merchandising
- Formulating and executing optimisation roadmaps for the accounts and product feeds
- Attending industry events and utilising the latest technology & betas
Requirements:
- 3+ years of PPC experience (both strategic and hands on execution)
- Proven track record of achieving growth and KPIs
- Experience in luxury global e commerce preferred
- Strong analytical, excel and automated reporting skills
- Understanding of attribution models across different platforms and how PPC fits within the broader mix of digital marketing channels
- Adaptable to fast paced environment
