The Role

Our Paid Media team is growing! We’re looking for an ambitious, KPI driven, and experienced PPC Lead to join our team in London. 

In this role you will lead our PPC Strategy and be responsible for the sustained growth and optimisation of a diverse range of campaigns, playing a key role in the development of integrated multi-channel campaigns.  

The successful candidate will be passionate about paid media and be highly analytical with a proven ability to make data driven decisions in a fast paced environment. You will lead a team to drive revenue by taking a hands-on approach to delivering the PPC strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the team to execute the PPC strategy for the business ensuring the channel is delivering the required volume and ROI.

  • Manage account budgets, ensuring daily and monthly budgets are inline with our ROAS targets.

  • Monitor paid search performance numbers, maximising KPIs at all stages of the funnel, such as Impression Share, CTR, CVR and ROAS.

  • Make daily management and optimisation decisions and ensure they are implemented with accuracy

  • Implement best practice approaches across all brands and ensure the accounts are operating as efficiently as possible.

  • Conduct experiments to test new features and strategies within the accounts, constantly taking a test and learn approach.

  • Implementing robust creative and landing page optimisation testing processes

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis so that stakeholders are kept up to date with performance.

  • Closely monitor competitor PPC activity and use auction insights to not only understand the market, but also to improve our position within it

  • Conduct regular competitor research using the various tools within Google to assess competitor activity

  • Work with the wider Acquisition Team on core messaging, strategies, budgeting and forecasting

  • Be a skilled manager with a proven track record of developing members of staff through regular contact and coaching

  • Take responsibility for your team’s performance and career development

About You:

  • Established expertise in a PPC management role

  • Profit-focused and KPI driven

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Incredibly organised and confident in a fast-paced environment

  • A commercial attitude

  • Highly numerate analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROI

  • Obsessive about monitoring and driving performance

  • Ability to both lead strategy and be hands-on managing campaigns

  • Experience in managing large monthly budgets

  • Knowledge of pixel implementation tracking systems and analytics software

  • Strong reporting skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of data visualisations systems such as Tableau

  • Involvement in projects from inception to completion from a commercial and technical standpoint

  • Passionate about processes with an impeccable level of attention to detail
