The Company

Decima2 is an Oxford-founded AI startup on a mission to eliminate wasted marketing spend by building the first AI native marketing agency. Decima2 has raised venture backing from top funders like Y Combinator. We have strong revenue growth, real momentum and are now growing the team.

The Team

You’ll be working directly alongside the founders, who have won the Oxbridge AI Challenge and Bristol Innovation Awards, been selected for the Technology for Marketing Awards and Tech Nation Emerging Stars, and bring a combination of a PhD in AI from the Alan Turing Institute, an Oxford MBA, and experience scaling venture-backed startups to multi-billion-dollar valuations.

The Challenge

Businesses have high expectations of their PPC account managers, and PPC account managers only have so many hours in the day. What if we built AI native software to automate all the execution work and keep the account managers as strategic overseers?

We commit to our customers that we will keep their accounts optimised and keep finding and building new funnels to find them more leads. We then provide our account managers with the technology to fulfil those promises. We have already automated the customer onboarding, check it out here: https://decima2.co.uk/get-started

What You'll Do

You’ll manage and optimise Google Ads accounts across a range of clients.

You’ll work across Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and occasionally Meta Ads Manager to improve account performance, reporting and tracking accuracy.

Alongside campaign management, you’ll help identify repetitive operational tasks and contribute ideas that help our technical team build smarter internal tooling and automations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with solid agency PPC experience (around 2 years) who's excited to work in a smarter, AI-driven way.

You should be a strong communicator who is comfortable speaking directly with clients and explaining performance in a clear and commercially minded way.

Experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 is essential, experience with Meta Ads, Offline Conversions API, Web Development is a bonus.

You do not need AI experience for this role, just AI enthusiasm. We can teach AI skills.

Applicants must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

What We Offer

£35,000 - £45,000 salary
