Want to be part of a team offering the best service to Bosch Power Tool customers?

We are looking for the right candidate to help us achieve our goal of offering the best service, and your contribution is vital.

Areas where you can support are:

  • Provide technical support to both the User and Customer Care Centre, Bosch field sales force and directly with Bosch customers
  • Arranging of collections of repairs from users and answering questions about the progression of their repair
  • Sending of parts drawings and correct spare parts selection
  • Handling customer complaints/claims in association with our legal team
  • Working with other areas of Bosch Power Tools to improve processes and efficiency
  • Liaise with Bosch Service Centre repair Manager on technical topics
  • Provide technical/system training to the User and Customer Care Centre
  • Support central QMM dept


Qualifications

What distinguishes you

  • Must have great people skills and be customer focused
  • Must have excellent written English and telephone manner
  • Must be able to work under pressure and show good attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word and Excel
  • A driving licence is advantageous
  • Have experience of diagnosis and repairing in a workshop environment is desirable

Additional Information

37.5 hrs a week

Role is officed based at our head office situated in Denham near Uxbridge

Hybrid working is available with up to 2 days a week being available for home office
