Lloyd’s are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Analyst. You will play a key role in enabling the efficient and effective delivery of change in line with target outcomes through: management information, assuring adherence to processes, and driving continuous improvement of our change framework.
Principal Accountabilities
Ensure stakeholders (primarily Head of Change) have accurate, timely and comprehensive management information required to drive efficient and effective change delivery.
Work closely with our strategic partner(s) to consolidate status reporting – assuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
Ensure all change is appropriately planned, communicated and delivered in line with defined change framework, including assuring all reporting requirements are completed comprehensively, accurately and on time (e.g. JIRA)
Ensure all Risks, Issues, Dependencies are identified and being appropriately managed.
Support the development of executive steering papers and governance as required.
As a key member of the Transformation community, you will support the continuous improvement of change delivery processes, working closely with our strategic partners to ensure clear end to end responsibilities and fully integrated processes.
Work closely with Domain Leads, Strategic Partner(s) and Finance to develop change business cases, track and monitor benefit realisation and Portfolio spend
Skills Knowledge and Experience
Experience in developing and deploying best practices, policies and procedures across change portfolios
Experience in working in and developing a PMO function
Evidence of high degree of project governance and quality controls, including reporting, documentation, audit trails planning and controlling
Experience of technology and standard desktop packages: MS/Excel, MS/Word, MS/Project, MS/PowerPoint, MS/Visio.
Experience working with, and effectively managing, third party strategic partners
Knowledge of project governance and quality controls, resource management and planning
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, across all levels within the business.
Influencing & negotiating skills with the ability to constructively challenge at a senior level.
Ability to work across a range of different business functions building effective and lasting relationships
Planning, analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail
Understanding of cost benefit analysis, resource planning and monitoring
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, or share good practice with a continuous improvement mindset
