Your new role: Podcast Account Manager, DAX Supply
As a Podcast Partner Manager, you'll take the helm on account management for the DAX Podcast portfolio; building, nurturing and sustaining long-term strategic partnerships aligned with the DAX strategy.
This role bridges the world of podcasts with the world of commercial, being responsible for the account management of Global's podcast partners, encompassing independent podcasters, global publishers, and our very own award-winning originals line-up.
This position requires someone with a sales mindset and strong account management skills, making it an ideal fit for individuals who thrive on client interactions and who are fuelled by delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate Strong Partner Relationships: Foster and nurture strong relationships with our content partners, conducting routine business reviews and positioning yourself as their go-to contact at Global.
Be Your Podcasts Champion Internally: Advocate for our partners within Global, ensuring partners are considered for commercial briefs and relevant promotional opportunities.
Navigate Partner Troubleshooting: As the point person for partner troubleshooting, organize and mobilize the relevant teams within Global to promptly address any challenges or issues that may arise.
Contract Management: Maintain record of contract renewal dates, kicking off renewal discussions with key internal partners. Play a key role in developing contract renewal strategies.
Industry Networking: Build and maintain an active network of industry contacts, fostering new relationships that will help us to achieve our business goals.
Market Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the ever-evolving podcast landscape. Leverage this knowledge and expertise to cultivate deeper partner relationships and provide valuable insights to enhance our partners' podcast strategies.
Operational Support: Occasionally assist the DAX Supply Operations Manager in generating partner revenue statements and managing invoice processing, as required.
