Dorking or Basingstoke
Permanent, full time
Hybrid – minimum of 2 days a week in office

We are a leader in employee benefits, protecting over 2 million people, creating security and peace of mind to individuals & families. We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to play a pivotal role in helping our organisation run its initiatives effectively and efficiently, enabling us to achieve our strategic goals. This role is essential in shaping the Project Management Office (PMO) function to drive value, providing crucial insights into projects and programmes across our strategic change portfolio.To be successful in this role you’ll be required to:

  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of PMO functions and services
  • Enhance and improve the maturity of both the PMO team and overall function
  • Take ownership and accountability for adherence to standards and processes across the portfolio
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and act as the first point of escalation for interventions
  • Collaborate with leaders across programmes, functions, project management, and technical delivery teams
  • Demonstrate proven experience in enhancing and managing PMO services
  • Bring a proactive mindset with strong initiative
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
