Job Title: PMO Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £41,500

Contract Type: 6 Months FTC

About the Role

You’ll apply your expertise in PMO and project coordination while continuing to develop through our structured learning programme. This role offers exposure to complex challenges, industry-recognised accreditations, and the chance to make a real impact from day one.

As a Project Manager you’ll support two transformative initiatives for a world-leading organisation in the insurance sector. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and strategic leaders, gaining visibility and experience at the highest level. This is a critical role where independence, professionalism, and adaptability are key.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant Project Management Experience with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage project cadence: scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining timelines.
  • Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) or membership (e.g. APM, PMI) desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site twice per week in London.
  • Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
  • Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject.
