About the role: 

The PMO Analyst is essential in providing support to the Data Project Team's project controls administration, as well as in aiding project planning and scheduling, which includes outlining the project's scope.

• Assist in project planning and scheduling, including defining the project

• Support the development of detailed project plans and track and monitor project progress.

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress

• Ensure project standards and methodologies are implemented and followed

• Identify and monitor project risks and implement relevant mitigations

• Create and maintain project documentation and plans. Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Provide financial tracking and analysis, including budgets and forecasts

• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to make sure all stakeholders remain on track with project requirements and deadlines.

• Provide analytical support for project tasks and deliverables

• Co-ordinate and attend project meetings, meeting minutes and action trackers

• Ensure compliance with company management standards

• Support project resource allocation

Requirements

Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role
  • Financial tracking and analysis
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong client-facing and teamworking skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of risk and change management processes
  • Experience facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Experience of Microsoft Project / Planner
  • Experience of Azure DevOps is desirable
