PMO Analyst
Dorking or Basingstoke
Hybrid – minimum of 2 days a week in office

We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting our organisation’s strategic change portfolio. This position is instrumental in ensuring our initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently, directly overseeing the daily monitoring and reporting of projects and programs across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on PMO experience, with the ability to start contributing immediately, tracking project progress, generating reports and dashboards, and refreshing and refining our PMO function as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring project delivery against baseline plans and budgets, while proactively managing risks, issues, actions, and decisions, identifying areas that need attention and intervention. You will also oversee the business change request process, handling new requests that fall outside the established portfolio planning cycle. The PMO Analyst must have a proactive mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
