We’re looking for a proactive and analytical PMO Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery of key programmes across E.ON Next. In this role, you’ll provide insight, challenge and coordination across projects, helping teams stay aligned, manage risks and dependencies, and drive effective decision making.

Working within our Change PMO team, you’ll collaborate with programme and stream leads to maintain accurate delivery plans, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and provide the insight needed to keep our programmes on track. You’ll play a key role in connecting information across teams, ensuring dependencies are understood and delivery challenges are identified early.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Programme planning & delivery support

  • Partner with stream leads to develop and maintain robust project plans, ensuring key milestones, activities and dependencies are clearly understood.

  • Support effective RAID management, proactively identifying risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and driving appropriate actions.

  • Monitor programme progress and highlight potential delivery risks or roadblocks before they impact outcomes.

  • Provide accurate and timely updates to support programme governance and decision making.

Insight, analysis & risk management

  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, schedule variances and potential impacts across programmes.

  • Act as a horizon scanner, monitoring connected programmes to identify upstream and downstream dependencies.

  • Translate complex information into clear insights, recommendations and actions for stakeholders.

  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, ways of working and reporting.

Stakeholder engagement & collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with programme teams and stakeholders across the business.

  • Confidently challenge assumptions, ask the right questions and ensure accurate information is captured.

  • Work collaboratively with teams to resolve challenges and maintain a forward-looking view of delivery.

  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to a range of audiences.

Are we the perfect match?

  • We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and a proactive approach to delivery.

  • Experience working within a PMO, project delivery or change environment.
    Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience supporting project plans, RAID management and programme reporting.

  • Ability to analyse information, identify trends and translate insight into meaningful actions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence others.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach.

  • Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

It would be great if you had

  • Experience working within large-scale transformation or change programmes

  • Knowledge of PMO tools, governance frameworks or delivery methodologies.

  • Experience working with financial information and supporting budget tracking.

  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams or programmes.

  • Fixed term contract length 12 months

  • Location – Nottingham  E.ON Next office, Trinity House, 2 Burton St, Nottingham NG1 4BX  - Solihull - 2 Prince's Way, Solihull, B91 3ES   - London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB  - with travel to our other sites when required.
