Job DescriptionOur Summer Internship is an 11-week programme providing you the opportunity to experience all that Visa has to offer alongside completing challenging work, building your skillset, and networking with fellow interns and Visa employees. Throughout the internship you will work on BAU work within your team, be given an end-to-end project to complete and take part in a variety of trainings to increase your learning. You will also get the opportunity to take part in a global social impact case challenge, as well as hearing from senior leaders through our Visa Executive Speaker Series.

The Project Analyst Intern will support the Payment Products Development (PPD) team and PMO in the UK (Reading, KWR) by contributing to project and programme reporting as well as data analysis. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, analytics, and collaborative work. You will gain hands-on experience in project portfolio management, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional teamwork within a dynamic technical organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project and program reports, including dashboards and executive summaries, to provide visibility on project status and performance to key stakeholders.
- Support data collection, extraction, and transformation from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, and business leads, to gather input and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting processes and governance practices to drive compliance and efficiency.
- Participate in regular team meetings, briefings, and stakeholder communications to support project delivery and team engagement.
Learning Objectives:
- Develop and execute skills in business analytics, reporting, and data visualisation using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Gain exposure to project management methodologies and portfolio governance in a technology-driven environment.
- Build professional communication skills for technical and business audiences.
