Key Responsibilities
Drive API-first initiatives and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
Publish product requirement documents with low-fidelity wireframes and measurable metrics to define success.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative products. Most importantly, work collaboratively with other product managers.
Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics to continuously improve user experience.
Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs throughout the development process.
Must-Have Qualifications
Relevant 5+ years of experience in product management within a B2B fintech organisation with an API platform.
Strong technical background to understand APIs.
Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to unblock themselves, with a high aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication(this is a must in a global set-up) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of product features.
Good-to-Have Qualifications
Knowledge of the global fintech landscape and trends in fiat, cross-border or crypto products.
