Role Summary:


Magnet Forensics is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Platform Consultant to play a critical role in driving Sales success for Magnet’s platform products.  The successful candidate will play a key role as an internal advisor to our Sales teams and will be an integral resource in navigating large, complex sales opportunities. 


They will also assist in proactive market engagement and business development activities to identify and increase demand for our platform products leading to increased solution sales success.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics for selling Magnet’s platform solutions within new and existing accounts, working in collaboration with the territorial sales teams;
  • Implement initiatives to drive cross-selling activities;
  • Create tailored sales proposal documents to enable customer buying decisions;
  • Deliver on-site and web-based presentations to broad audiences, with focus on thought leadership and Magnet’s platform solutions;
  • Help identify new business opportunities and share with the sales teams;
  • Provide quality, structured feedback to Product Management and other internal teams to enable effective prioritization of roadmaps;
  • Capture and manage competitive feedback and industry trends;
  • Maintain current knowledge of the digital forensics software industry, the competitive landscape and industry trends;
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with customers, partners and industry contacts;
  • Develop expert knowledge of Magnet’s software and typical client/industry workflows.

  • *NOTE: Travel to Customer Sites, Internal Meetings, and Industry Events is required (up to 60%).

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience managing large systems focused, technical projects;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Deep understanding and awareness of software solution sales and selling complex solutions + multi-stakeholder deals;
  • Understanding and experience with software deployment;
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks + identifying new problems;
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership qualities including influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Background in Law Enforcement;
  • Experience with DFIR (Digital Forensics);
  • Being Multi-Lingual is a HUGE PLUS!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

  • Compensation Range:

    MIN: £105,000 – MID: £150,000 – MAX: £195,000 GBP
