As a Plan Specialist, you’ll showcase your organisation skills, attention to detail and client focus to directly shape the success of global employee share plans. You’ll manage key vesting and maturity events, support clients through complex processes and help deliver a best in class operational experience. A role you will love
You’ll take ownership of the day to day delivery of vesting and maturity events for a portfolio of EquatePlus clients. The role combines event management, client interaction and data analysis, requiring clear communication and strong organisational skills. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Head of Vesting to support efficient processes, maintain oversight of timelines and ensure all activities run smoothly across multiple client events. You’ll build technical knowledge of vesting rules and products while contributing to continuous improvement and operational governance.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate processing of Vest and Maturity events, including Default Sales, Leaver Vests and Performance Adjustments
- Own client timelines and event delivery, proactively identifying risks and providing clear updates via Jira
- Validate and prepare datasets using Excel, ensuring accurate reconciliation and event readiness
- Support system configuration and testing, and issue client communications in line with requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation to maintain strong operational control
- Build subject matter expertise in vesting processes and resolve complex customer or system queries
