Throughout the internship, you will work alongside current Graduates and Senior Professionals on live projects, giving you a genuine insight into what it is like to start your career at Newmark.
You will;
- Gain exposure to Newmark’s Planning and Development teams, supporting a range of commercial and mixed-use projects
- Support the preparation of planning applications, statements, and supporting documentation.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and local authority consultations where appropriate.
- Develop an understanding of the planning process within a multidisciplinary property consultancy environment.
You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, expand your professional network, and learn from experienced industry professionals. You will be invited to attend networking and social events, helping you connect with colleagues across the business.
The Internship begins with a comprehensive first-day induction, where you will be introduced to our services, clients, to ensure you feel supported from day one. During the internship, you will also collaborate with fellow interns on a group project, developing your teamwork, presentation, and communication skills. The programme concludes with a group presentation, giving you the opportunity to showcase your work and gain feedback from senior members of the business.
