About the Role

As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing logistics concepts, analyzing processes, coordinating planning tasks, and supporting operational teams with data-driven solutions. You will work closely with the Planning Manager, operational leaders, and customer representatives to ensure that logistics processes are efficient, accurate, and fully compliant with internal and customer standards.

Your role includes process design, optimization, system support, and participation in workshops and customer meetings. You will also ensure that all planning-related documentation, systems, and processes meet the highest quality and safety expectations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Debrecen.

You communicate well with both operational teams and management, and you take ownership of your planning tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop logistics service proposals based on customer requirements

  • Participate in logistics process and layout optimization (including workshops)

  • Analyze existing processes and systems using collected data

  • Design logistics processes and coordinate their implementation

  • Introduce and coordinate ongoing planning tasks

  • Operate and update planning-related IT systems (Document Management System, SAP, AutoCAD)

  • Support project work and cross-functional activities

  • Monitor existing logistics processes and take corrective action when needed

  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and audits

  • Support quality improvement activities and monthly reporting

  • Provide data and collaborate directly with the customer

  • Follow and support 5S standards in the working environment

Requirements
  • Secondary education (technical or logistics background is an advantage)

  • SAP knowledge (advantage)

  • AutoCAD knowledge (advantage)

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to understand numerical relationships and apply mathematical logic

  • English knowledge (spoken and written)

  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Proactive mindset and ability to provide early identification of process issues

Nice to Have
  • Experience in logistics planning or process engineering

  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing environment

  • Familiarity with 5S, QHSE, and internal audit processes
