We're on a mission

Every business grows through a CRM and a direct line to its customers. Healthcare, and pharmacy most of all, is the one place that never happened. It was too hard to build, too hard to distribute, and too hard to do compliantly. Customer data sits idle whilst running a community healthcare business continues to become structurally tighter.

We're on a mission to change that. We are the compliant data layer for community healthcare: the system that lets a pharmacy use the patient data it already holds to grow revenue and relationships, compliantly, on the clinical system it already runs.

This is already working. Pharmlogic is NHS-assured, integrated and lives in hundreds of pharmacies nationwide, and we've powered millions of patient communications.

The role as Pharmacy Partnerships Manager

This is a senior sales hire and it carries real ownership. You will run the full sales cycle for pharmacy accounts across the UK, from first conversation to signed customer, and you will set the standard for how Pharmlogic sells. As we grow, you help shape the team that grows around you, and we all hold each other to a high standard.

You report to the CEO and work closely with the founding team. This is a consultative, relationship-led sale into pharmacy owners and groups, won on trust and domain credibility rather than pressure. It suits a full-cycle seller who sources their own pipeline, works without close supervision, and wants to own a function rather than work a list of tasks.

Some of the problems you'll be solving

As Pharmacy Partnerships Manager, you'll be:

  • Building the engine, not just closing deals: Designing and scaling the sales system that takes Pharmlogic from hundreds of pharmacies to thousands. You own the pipeline and the machine that generates it.

  • Finding the providers ready to grow: Using data intelligently to focus on the pharmacies who stand to gain most from Pharmlogic, independents and multiples alike, and building a repeatable way to reach them at scale.

  • Selling consultatively, winning on trust: Leading discovery and demonstrations with owners, superintendents and group decision-makers, earning the credibility a healthcare sale is won on.

  • Owning the number: Carrying a personal revenue target and running your deals end to end, with the autonomy to close them your way.

  • Setting customers up to win: Owning the handover to onboarding so every pharmacy starts strong and gets full value from day one.

  • Sharpening how we all sell: Bringing the market back into the room, from events, owners and data, so the whole team gets sharper together, from targeting to pitch to product.

This could be for you, if

  • You're proven: You've carried a revenue target and hit it, consistently. You're a closer with a track record, not someone who needs the machine built around them first.

  • You can coach, not just sell: You've mentored or led salespeople and you get energy from making others better. As we grow, the team forms around you, and you're the standard they learn from.

  • You are fast. Genuinely fast: You move at a pace most people find hard to keep up with. You reply, follow up, and close while others are still planning. Speed is your edge and you know it.

  • You're fluent with a CRM: You run your pipeline in the tools, not in your head. Clean data, accurate stages, no deal slipping through a crack.

  • You can forecast: You set targets and call your number with confidence, and you're usually right. You bring commercial clarity, not optimism dressed as a pipeline.

  • You thrive on pace and ownership: You have a driver's mindset, urgent and resourceful, and you build repeatable things in a fast-moving company rather than waiting for one to exist.

  • You know the NHS: Experience selling into the NHS or primary care is a strong advantage. Pharmacy specifically is close to ideal. Not essential if everything above is true, but it's a real head start.

What you'll get

You'll be joining a fast-growing company and a small, sharp team focused on making community healthcare thrive.

  • Competitive salary + performance commission up to £120,000 a year + share options up to £10,000

  • Private medical insurance

  • Flexible, hybrid working

  • 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and up to 4 weeks a year working from anywhere
