As the Personal Care Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
- Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
- Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
- Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs

Required Qualifications:
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must have either a HHA-Home Health Aide certification or PCA-Personal Care Aide certification registered in the state of New York
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

- NY: Completed basic home health aide training or equivalent exam approved by the Department

- 6 months+ of home care experience
