About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and personable Personal Assistant to support a group of C-Suite Executives. This is an exciting and varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally resourceful and enjoys working with senior leaders to make their lives easier and more productive. You’ll report into the Executive Business Manager, who will provide guidance and mentorship to help you grow and develop your career

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, proactive administrative and organisational support to multiple senior executives.
  • Manage busy and often complex calendars, coordinating meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring effective time management.
  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodation, transfers and itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting logistics, and collate or draft relevant briefing materials in advance.
  • Circulate meeting notes and actions, ensuring these are followed accordingly.
  • Handle internal and external communications with professionalism, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Support the planning and delivery of leadership offsites, team events and external meetings.
  • Manage expense claims, raise purchase orders and track invoices.
  • Provide occasional support to other members of the Executive Committee and Board.
  • Provide additional support to the Executive Business Manager and provide cover for them and the Office Assistant as required.
  • Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (2–3 years+) in a PA or Executive Assistant role, supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Confident managing shifting priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning new tools.
  • A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a professional presence.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams.
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet and capable of handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • A strong team player who is collaborative, approachable, and dependable.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
