Job Description

This role is to look after the Production leadership team and the Head of Design when they start.
The role is based in the office Monday - Thursday. Diaries permitting, Friday is a WFH day.

Personal Assistant Production Department Role specifics:
● Appraisals - assisting HODs on running appraisals
● Department meetings (including : Film + Art + Digital Status sessions, Producer meetings, Production
Heads Meetings and more). Organise the agenda, collate new work, create presentations, and prep the
meeting rooms, attending the meeting and circulate notes and documents to attendees.
● BBH Uni: Production Module
● Manage the talent sourcing process which covers:
○ First stage of liaising with candidates and HR for interviews
○ Setting up inductions meetings
○ Ensuring 3 month reviews happen
○ Ensuring Appraisals happen
○ Freelancers - assisting Production Resource (Sarah Cooper)
○ Extension Requests - assisting Production Resource (Sarah Cooper)
○ Leavers
● Manage the calendar for the 3 Production meeting rooms
● Planning department days out and social calendar
● Co-ordinating the holiday cover chart
● Provide PA support to other BBH Heads of Department where required
● This is not an exhaustive list. Always use initiative and offer support where necessary.
